Mid-May is a truly ideal time to be in the Las Vegas area. Historical averages indicate you can expect sun-filled days with daily low temperatures in the 60’s and highs in the upper 80’s. Bring a sweater - evenings in the desert can be cool and windy!
There are opportunities for you to arrive early and/or continue your stay in Las Vegas after the conference ends. You will be able to extend your stay and take advantage of the special room rates negotiated for the conference.

McCarran International Airport serves the Las Vegas area receiving almost 4 million passengers every month. Everything you might want to know about the airport is here.
The Red Rock Resort is about 20-minutes NW of McCarran International Airport and is served by taxi and/or complimentary Red Rock Resort shuttle service.
Regularly scheduled complimentary shuttle service runs between the Red Rock Resort, McCarran Airport and Las Vegas Strip.
Shuttle seating is limited and is available on a first come, first served basis. You must be a Red Rock hotel guest to board the shuttle.

Red Rock Resort shuttles depart McCarran Airport from Terminal 1 at the Zero Ground Level which is located below the baggage claim on the following schedule: 6:00AM, 8:00AM, 10:00AM, 12:00PM, 2:00PM, 4:00PM, 6:00PM, 8:00PM and 9:00PM.
If your flight lands in Terminal 3, you will take the inter-terminal tram to Terminal 1.
The shuttle does not have a scheduled parking spot, but it will generally park near slot number 18. You should have sufficient time to collect your luggage and catch your planned shuttle as long as your flight arrives at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled Red Rock Resort Shuttle departure time.
Travel time to the Red Rock Resort from McCarran Airport is approximately 30-40 minutes.
To reserve a seat on the shuttle to return to McCarran Airport from the Red Rock Resort call the Bell Desk 30-minutes prior to the desired departure time.
Shuttles depart every two hours daily from the front of the Red Rock Resort to McCarran Airport beginning at 5 AM and with the last departure at 7 PM. Shuttles drop off passengers at the departure level.
Shuttle service also is available from the Red Rock Resort to the Fashion Show Mall on the Las Vegas Strip six times each day. Shuttles depart from the front of the Red Rock East Valet at 11:10 AM, 1:10 PM, 3:10 PM, 5:10 PM, 7:10 PM and 9:10 PM.
Shuttles return to the Red Rock Resort from the Fashion Show Mall seven times daily at 11:40 AM, 1:40 PM, 3:40 PM, 5:40 PM, 7:40 PM, 9:40 PM and 10:00 PM.
For the convenience of all guests, the Red Rock makes every effort to adhere to the published Red Rock Resort Shuttle Schedule and is unable to modify the scheduled shuttle departure times.
Delays may result due to circumstances beyond the control of the Red Rock Resort such as weather, mechanical, traffic, etc.

The McCarran Rent-A-Car Center located at 7135 Gilespie Street is the hub for vehicles offered for rent onsite at the airport. Brands available there include Advantage, Alamo, Avis, Budget, Dollar, E-Z Rent-A-Car, Enterprise, Hertz, National, Payless, Thrifty and Zipcar. The Center is three miles from the airport with easy freeway access to Interstates 15 and 215 and the Las Vegas Strip. It is open 24 hours and features modern customer service facilities.
Arriving passengers renting vehicles are transported to the Rent-A-Car Center by dedicated blue-and-white shuttles that move customers from the airport to their rental company of choice.
Vehicles are returned to the McCarran Rent-A-Car Center. Follow the Rental Car Return signs to the entrance off Gilespie St. Continue following the overhead signs to the appropriate car rental company. After returning your vehicle, proceed through the lobby and out the main entrance to the shuttles. Blue and white McCarran Rent-A-Car Center shuttle buses depart to the airport approximately every five minutes.
Parking at the Red Rock Resort is free for all guests traveling to the property via a personal or rental vehicle. Valet parking also is available.
Food and beverages will be available to registered attendees throughout the conference during planned meal service functions beginning with the Opening Night Party and concluding with breakfast on Thursday. Boot Camp attendees will share lunch together on Tuesday as well. Coffee service and light snacks are available in the Corrigo Cafe.
For those wishing to dine on their own outside the conference, a wide range of casual to fine dining experiences are available at the Red Rock Resort, in Downtown Summerlin, and elsewhere throughout Las Vegas.
Dress for all conference activities is Business Casual. You may wish to bring a jacket and have your headshot updated in the Photo Booth.
Just across the street from Red Rock, you will find ready access to Downtown Summerlin for shopping, food and nightlife.
